Who I Am

I've been a bankruptcy lawyer since 1995 and a paralegal for several years before that.  My practice is concentrated in bankruptcy.   That's what I do.

My legal training includes NYU and Brooklyn Law School.  I have attended regular bankruptcy seminars offered by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and serve as the co-State Chair for NACBA in New Jersey.  I moderate our state's local professional bankruptcy listserve.

I have been quoted in several professional and national publications, taught continuing legal education classes in bankruptcy, and have served as mentor to several bankruptcy attorneys.

I was admitted to the bar of the highest court of the land, the United States Supreme Court, in November 2000.

I am authorized to file bankruptcy cases throughout New Jersey and New York.

Other lawyers call me when they have problems getting their clients past the means test or the client has unusual circumstances.   I am very good at thinking outside the box.
